By making payment, I agree for booking Monsoon Rush – Adventure Package on behalf of my self and my family / friends members as listed above at our own risk. No compensation will be paid to us in case of accident / injury / fatality. I will not hold The Royal Escape & Moto Sports Park Jaipur (herein termed as organizers) or its staff wholly or partially responsible for any mishaps, actions, claims, or demands for damages / accidents / injury / fatality, resulting from our participation in this event. I/We assure the organisers and state that I/we do not have any medical problem including any heart ailment, high blood pressure, back ailment, epilepsy or any other condition that may impair my/our ability to safely participate in the said activity. I/We am/are not currently undergoing any medication, treatment or consuming any sort of alcohol, drugs including narcotics of any kind or any other intoxicants which may impair my/our ability to estimate the risk involved in the said activities and safely participate as per Covid 19 guidelines and SOPs in the mentioned activities.

1. Return transportation from Jaipur to Base Camp at Achrol
2. Hire of self-driven Buggies with marshal; 30% discount on rack rates.

Cancellation charge:
1. Cancellation before 48 hours of registration time allotted: NIL
2. Cancellation with 48 hours of registration time allotted or No Show: 100% of booking amount
